Here are some of my projects!
Leadership and Change - Dare to Serve Presentation (Spring 2023)
Description:
During this presentation, I taught the class the concept of servant leadership. The ideas taught pertained to the book Dare to Serve by Cheryl Bachelder. I grew in my exhortation and collaborative skills throughout the process. As a result, my fellow students retained a deeper understanding of servant leadership, and are able to apply these ideas to their vocation. Enjoy my work! |

Business Law - Product Liability and Negligence Papers (Fall 2022)
Description:
One of my favorite courses at Biola has been Business Law. This course required me to write eight papers based on various, and real, civil law cases. In my preparation and writing, I have gained a deep knowledge of the legal environment and insightful critical thinking skills pertaining to business law. From the success of my papers, this led me to become the TA for Business Law in the spring of 2023. To the right there are two papers I have wrote, one on product liability and the other on negligence. Enjoy! |
Marketing Plan Project (Fall 2021)
Description:
Throughout a whole semester my team and I worked on a 17-page marketing plan for a company we created. The company we created is called "EV Charging Station Co.", and our plan was to develop the quickest electric car charging stations, while providing a genuine community amongst our customers. Our marketing plan included; a SWOT Analysis, marketing mix, and more! I learned a lot of skills, specifically in different marketing techniques. To the right you will see our Executive Summary, and below it is a link to discover our full marketing plan. Reflection: If I were to do this project again I would go deeper into the budget aspect of our company, and determine how to expand the service globally. Another feature I would attach is a mock advertisement for the social media page, as this day and age is very technologically based. |
SWOT Analysis: Lulu Lemon (Spring 2021)
Description:
Throughout the whole semester of my Principles of Management course, I was assigned to a group of four to complete a SWOT Analysis for a company of our choice. As a team, we decided to do the company Lulu Lemon. We constantly discovered the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of this organization while implementing our own insight. I was able to grow in my collaboration, critical thinking, and leadership skills. Check the link below to check it out! |
